Eileen McNaughton will come to speak to EUF at the October meeting.

She is a Planning and Commissioning Officer at City of Edinburgh Council and she is in charge of writing a report on the review of advocacy. Eileen will ask people what they think makes a good advocacy service.

The September newsletter looks at the review of the Mental health Act and the social component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
